DATA CONTROLLER
The data controller responsible for processing your personal data is CubyMC Network, operated by Blxxded, one of the project's CEOs, acting in a personal capacity. For any privacy-related inquiries, contact us at [email protected].
CubyMC Network is an independent project. Your data is only accessible by the current project owners. No third parties have access to your personal information, and it will never be sold, transferred, or shared beyond what is strictly described in this policy.
DATA WE COLLECT
We only collect data strictly necessary for CubyMC to function:
- IP Address: Automatically recorded when you connect to the MINECRAFT server, visit our websites, or participate in CubyMC-organized events.
- MINECRAFT Username: Required to manage your account and server access. Previous username history is linked to your MINECRAFT UUID for moderation purposes, to prevent name changes from bypassing active sanctions or obscuring the identity of a sanctioned player.
- MINECRAFT UUID: A unique, immutable identifier linked to your MICROSOFT account. It is the core data point that ties all your information together within CubyMC.
- Server configuration and progress data: Includes statistics, sanction history, inventory, level, rank, and any custom settings you configure in-game. By setting personal preferences, you agree to have this data stored to maintain your experience across sessions.
- Purchase data: Managed directly by TEBEX, our payment provider. CubyMC Network does not store card or banking details. Tebex collects your email address, transaction history, and payment method, all under their own privacy policy. On our end, we only retain a record of the purchase to verify acquired benefits, donations, or ranks and to prevent abuse or fraud in the store.
- Activity logs: In-game actions such as chat messages, connections, disconnections, and environment interactions. These logs are retained for moderation, incident resolution, and community security purposes.
- DISCORD messages: If you participate in our official server on DISCORD (optional, though recommended for fast technical support), we store message logs from public channels and support ticket transcripts for moderation and abuse prevention. - Live event messages: During streams on Kick, TikTok, Twitch, or YouTube organized by CubyMC, public chat messages may be recorded for event moderation purposes.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
We use your data exclusively to:
- Manage your access, account, and experience on the servers.
- Maintain activity logs for resolving technical incidents and disputes.
- Moderate the server, prevent abuse and fraud, and ensure community safety.
- Process and verify purchases made in our store, and detect and block fraudulent transactions.
- Correctly identify players over time, even after username changes, by linking history to the UUID for moderation purposes.
- Provide technical support via DISCORD or email.
THIRD PARTIES AND PROVIDERS
We only work with the following third parties:
- CLOUDFLARE SECURITY — Protects our website and servers against DDoS attacks and external threats. Cloudflare may process visitor IPs under their own privacy policy.
- DISCORD SUPPORT — We use Discord as an optional channel for technical support and community interaction. If you join our official server, Discord manages the platform under their own privacy policy. On our end, we store support ticket transcripts for internal moderation purposes.
- TEBEX PAYMENTS — Processes all transactions in our store. TEBEX acts as an independent data controller under their own privacy policies. CubyMC Network has no access to your banking or card details.
- SOCIAL MEDIA: BLUESKY, FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, TIKTOK, WHATSAPP, 𝕏 AND YOUTUBE COMMUNITY — CubyMC maintains a presence on social media. Public interactions (comments, mentions, direct messages) may be read by the team to provide support or follow-up, but these platforms are independent data controllers for the data they manage.
- STREAMING PLATFORMS: KICK, TIKTOK, TWITCH AND YOUTUBE EVENTS — In the context of live events organized by CubyMC, public chat messages may be recorded for event moderation purposes. These platforms manage their own data under their respective privacy policies.
We do not sell, transfer, or share your personal data with any third party outside of those mentioned above, and only to the extent described.
COOKIES
This website uses only strictly necessary technical cookies for its operation. We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party cookies.
These cookies are used exclusively to enable basic site functions, such as maintaining user sessions or remembering certain preferences.
Users may configure their browser to block or delete cookies. However, some site features may stop working correctly if cookies are disabled.
Cookies Used:
- cubytoken: Session token used to authenticate the user.
- language: Stores the language selected by the user.
DATA RETENTION
IP addresses and activity logs are retained for as long as necessary for moderation and security purposes. Purchase-related data is kept in accordance with applicable legal obligations. When data is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted.
You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to [email protected]. However, where a user has been sanctioned, banned, or is subject to an active investigation for sanction evasion or fraud, CubyMC Network reserves the right to retain the minimum necessary data (such as UUID, username history, and linked IPs) to uphold the integrity of moderation measures. A data deletion request does not in any case imply the cancellation of sanctions or the restoration of access to the network.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Object to the processing of your data under certain circumstances.
- Rectify outdated or incorrect data.
- Request deletion of your personal data, subject to the limitations described in section 06 in cases of active sanctions or investigations.

CubyMC Network is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated in any way with Mojang Studios or Microsoft Corporation. Minecraft is a registered trademark of Mojang Studios. The use of the Minecraft name and related elements is made solely for descriptive purposes, within the framework permitted by the MINECRAFT usage guidelines.
CubyMC Network operates as an independent community server network. Any data collected in the context of the game is managed exclusively by CubyMC Network, with no relationship to Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy at any time. The date of the last update will always be visible on this page. We recommend reviewing it periodically. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you through our official channels.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing the CubyMC Network website or connecting to any of our Minecraft servers, you accept these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
CubyMC Network offers a network of Minecraft servers along with related online platforms and services, including its website, documentation, Discord community, and social media. Access to these services is voluntary and may be subject to specific rules for each server, game mode, or platform.
USER CONDUCT
To ensure a healthy experience for the entire community, the following is strictly prohibited:
- Using tools, software, or any method intended to alter, exploit, or manipulate the functioning of our services.
- Engaging in spam, harassment, toxic behavior, hate speech, or insults toward other users or team members.
- Distributing explicit, inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content through any of our platforms.
- Attempting to compromise the availability, integrity, or security of our infrastructure, servers, or systems.
- Carrying out unauthorized advertising or promotions within our communities or services.
Violations of these rules may result in a temporary or permanent suspension of access to one or more CubyMC Network services, at the discretion of the administration team, with no right to a refund.
CHAT RESTRICTIONS
Since Minecraft is a platform accessible to players of all ages, our chat is moderated. Violent content, sexually explicit language, or any communication inappropriate for a family-friendly environment is prohibited. The moderation team may block, kick, or mute users who do not comply with these rules.
PURCHASES, DONATIONS AND STORE
Purchases or donations made through our store (cosmetics, ranks, etc.) are processed by TEBEX, our external payment provider. By making a purchase, you also accept their terms of service.
- Acquired benefits are non-transferable.
- We do not guarantee refunds unless required by applicable law.
- CubyMC Network reserves the right to modify or withdraw benefits with prior notice.
- We do not sell gameplay advantages that break competitive balance between paying and free players.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
CubyMC Network is not responsible for data loss, progress loss, or service interruptions resulting from technical failures, maintenance, or causes beyond our control. The service is provided "as is", without guarantees of continuous availability.
MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and communicated through all our channels. Continued use of the service after publication implies acceptance of the new terms.
